Sherwood
Book and Lyrics: Suzanne Booker

Music: Richard Philbin

The Robin Hood folklore never sat right with me; gone are the Merry Men, replaced instead by the Forest Fighters, a group of female and male Nottingham small businesses owners (including Robin Hood and Little John and introducing Gerry, Marcia, Meredith, and Collette) who are joined by Marian in fighting against the corruption of Prince John and his malignant ally The Sheriff.

Full Length Musicals

Sherwood began as a way to cope with the stress of vet school but opened a floodgate of passion and purpose.  Each musical has its own mission and message that is close to my heart.

How To Be Cool Like Cate Steel

Book and Lyrics: Suzanne Booker

Music: Richard Philbin

Being a veterinarian is not just playing with animal babies (just a major perk).  This musical gives the audience a glimpse in to the ups and downs veterinary profession including misogyny, imposter syndrome, and rediscovering passion after career burnout.

Mother
Book and Lyrics: Suzanne Booker

Music: Richard Philbin

With her last dying breath, the Earth Goddess (known as Gaia, Mother Nature, Ani and many others) begs the remaining goddesses, Durga, Aja, Oshun, Estanatlehi, and Athene to give the planet another chance.  Honoring her dying wish, they cast a spell to resurrect her and give humans the opportunity to right their many wrongs.  The world is reset to 1975, the year the human population became unsustainable, and the Earth Goddess has forgotten who she is.  Living as a human, and with the help of the other goddesses, she must remember who she is and help humans to save themselves.
